基于OBE理念的BOPPPS教学方式联合3D打印及增强现实技术在留学生神经外科临床见习教学中的应用

基于OBE理念的BOPPPS教学方式联合3D打印及增强现实技术在留学生神经外科临床见习教学中的应用
Application of BOPPPS teaching mode based on OBE concept combined with 3D printing and augmented reality technology in clinical internship of Neurosurgery for international students
目的 该研究基于以结果为导向教育(outcome-based education,OBE)理念的BOPPPS教学方式联合3D打印及增强现实(augmented reality,AR)技术运用于留学生神经外科临床见习教学中,旨在探索更加有效的留学生神经外科临床见习教学模式,提升留学生神经外科临床见习的教学效果。 方法 将82名临床医学本科(MBBS)留学生随机以班级为单位分为试验组(40名)和对照组(42名),试验组采用基于OBE理念的BOPPPS教学方式联合3D打印及AR技术的教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式,通过理论知识及临床思维考核、个人能力提升评价、教学满意度评价进行教学效果评估。 结果 试验组理论知识及临床思维考核平均成绩为(91.45±5.05)分,对照组为(85.83±8.30)分;试验组个人能力提升评价平均成绩为(90.10±6.04)分,对照组为(76.78±6.38)分;试验组中29名学生(72.5%)对教学效果非常满意,11名学生(27.5%)对教学效果比较满意,对照组中14名学生(33.3%)对教学效果非常满意,28名学生(66.7%)对教学效果比较满意。以上结果两组比较差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。 结论 将基于OBE理念的BOPPPS教学方式联合3D打印及增强现实技术应用于留学生神经外科见习教学具有一定优势,可作为一种有益探索,为留学生神经外科临床见习教学改良提供新的思路。
Objective To apply BOPPPS teaching mode based on the outcome-based education (OBE) concept combined with 3D printing and augmented reality (AR) technology in the clinical internship teaching of Neurosurgery for international students, explore a more effective teaching mode and improve the teaching effect of Neurosurgery clinical internship for international students. Methods 82 international students of Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) were randomly divided into the experimental group (40 students) and the control group (42 students). BOPPPS teaching mode based on OBE concept combined with 3D printing and AR technology was used in the teaching of the experimental group, while traditional teaching mode was adopted in the teaching of the control group. Teaching effects were evaluated through assessment of theoretical knowledge and clinical thinking, evaluation of personal ability improvement, and evaluation of teaching satisfaction. Results The average score of theoretical knowledge and clinical thinking assessment of the experimental group was (91.45±5.05), and that of the control group was (85.83±8.30). The average score of personal ability improvement evaluation of the experimental group was (90.10±6.04), while that of the control group was (76.78±6.38). In the experimental group, 29 students (72.5%) were very satisfied with the teaching effect, and 11 students (27.5%) were relatively satisfied with the teaching effect. In the control group, 14 students (33.3%) were very satisfied with the teaching effect, and 28 students (66.7%) were relatively satisfied with the teaching effect. The above results showed statistically significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of BOPPPS teaching mode based on OBE concept combined with 3D printing and AR technology in Neurosurgery clinical internship teaching for international students has certain advantages, which can be a beneficial exploration and provide new ideas for improving the clinical internship teaching of Neurosurgery for international students.
