医学生数据素养通识课设计研究
Research on the design of general education course of data literacy for medical students
大数据时代下传统的诊疗方式发生了巨大变化,对医学生的数据知识和技能水平提出了更高的要求。本研究基于对国内外医学生数据素养教育现状及教学效果的分析梳理,提出开设医学生数据素养教育通识课的构想。在课程设计方面,围绕教学对象、教学目标、教学内容等开展分析,着重探讨了数据意识、数据管理、数据技能、数据伦理四大模块的教学内容和知识点。在教学模式上,创新性地采用线下通识课与线上微课包相结合的方式,旨在实现数据素养教育的通识化与学科化融合,通过理论课、实践课、讨论课、汇报课等多种形式,着力培养学生的实践能力。此外,还对教师团队建设及教学评估方式进行了探讨。本研究旨在从理论层面为医学数据素养教育实践工作提供有益的参考,以期探索并构建一种更加契合医学生需求的数据素养教育模式。
In the era of big data, the traditional diagnosis and treatment methods have changed, which puts forward higher requirements for the level of data knowledge and skills of medical students. Based on the analysis of the current situation and teaching effect of medical students’ data literacy education at home and abroad, this paper proposes the idea of setting up a general education course of data literacy for medical students. In the aspect of curriculum design, this paper analyzes the teaching objects, teaching objectives and teaching contents, and focuses on the teaching contents and knowledge points of the four modules of data consciousness, data management, data skills and data ethics. In terms of teaching mode, the combination of offline general education courses and online micro-course packages is innovatively adopted to realize the integration of general education and discipline education of data literacy. Through various forms, such as theoretical courses, practical courses, discussion courses and reporting courses, students’ practical ability is cultivated. In addition, the construction of a teacher team and the way of teaching evaluation are also discussed. The purpose of this study is to provide useful reference for the practice of medical data literacy education from the theoretical level, so as to explore and construct a data literacy education mode that is more in line with the needs of medical students.
