人工智能联合3D打印技术在胰腺外科规培教学中的应用研究
Research on the application of artificial intelligence combined with 3D printing technology in the standardized training teaching of pancreatic surgery
目的 探究人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)与3D打印技术在胰腺外科规培教学中的协同应用效果。 方法 选取华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院胰腺外科规培的学员共60名为研究对象,随机分为试验组(n=30)与对照组(n=30)。对照组采用传统教学模式,试验组在传统教学基础上引入AI联合3D打印技术。教学结束后统一组织闭卷理论测试、临床实践技能考核和满意度调查。 结果 试验组理论考核平均成绩为(90.17±3.49)分,高于对照组的(87.57±5.60)分,差异具有统计学意义(t=2.16,P<0.05);在临床实践技能考核方面,试验组平均成绩为(87.07±4.81)分,高于对照组的(83.27±8.17)分,差异具有统计学意义(t=2.19,P<0.05);学员满意度调查显示,试验组满意度为90.0%,对照组仅为63.3%,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=12.57,P<0.05)。 结论 人工智能联合3D打印技术在胰腺外科规培教学中,相较于传统教学模式,能明显提升学员理论成绩和临床实践能力,学员满意度高。
Objective To explore the synergistic application effect of artificial intelligence (AI) and 3D printing technology in the standardized training teaching of pancreatic surgery. Methods A total of 60 trainees in the pancreatic surgery department of our hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into an experimental group (n=30) and a control group (n=30). The control group adopted the traditional teaching model, while the experimental group introduced AI combined with 3D printing technology on the basis of traditional teaching. After the teaching, a closed-book theoretical test, practical skills assessment, and satisfaction survey were organized uniformly. Results The average score of the theoretical assessment in the experimental group was (90.17±3.49) points, while that in the control group was (87.57±5.60) points (t=2.16, P<0.05). In terms of clinical practical skills assessment, the average score of the experimental group was(87.07±4.81)points, which was higher than (83.27±8.17)points in the control group (t=2.19, P<0.05). The trainee satisfaction survey showed that the satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 90.0%, while that of the control group was only 63.3% (χ²=12.57, P<0.05). Conclusion In the standardized training teaching of pancreatic surgery, AI combined with 3D printing technology can significantly improve the theoretical performance and clinical practical ability of trainees compared with the traditional teaching model, and the trainees have a high satisfaction level.
