基于GenAI的医学人工智能基础课程教学改革探索
Exploration of GenAI-based teaching reform of medical artificial intelligence fundamentals
随着人工智能技术在医学领域的快速发展和广泛应用,医学生掌握并应用人工智能技术解决医学问题,已成为医学教育与实践中的必然要求。文章分析了“医学人工智能基础”课程在教学过程中存在的问题,提出通过融合生成式人工智能(Generative AI,GenAI)技术,以解决医学实际问题为导向,推动课程在教学内容、跨学科实践案例、授课逻辑和教学模式等方面的改革。教学实践表明,基于GenAI的课程教学改革激发了学生学习积极性,提高了课程教学效果,为医学院校人工智能课程教学的创新与发展提供实践参考。
With the rapid development and wide application of artificial intelligence technology in the medical field, it has become an inevitable requirement in medical education and practice for medical students to master and apply artificial intelligence technology to solve medical problems. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the teaching process of the “Medical Artificial Intelligence Fundamentals” course and proposes to promote the reform of the course in terms of teaching content, interdisciplinary practice cases, teaching logic, and teaching mode by integrating Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) technology from the perspective of solving real medical problems. Teaching practice shows that the teaching reform of the course based on GenAI stimulates students’ enthusiasm for learning, improves the teaching effect of the course, and provides a practical reference for the innovation and development of AI course teaching in medical colleges and universities.
