知识图谱赋能妇产科学智慧教学:应用场景、挑战与模式构建

妇产科学教学因其知识体系庞杂、临床思维培养难度高、实践教学资源有限及教学方式同质化等问题,面临巨大挑战。知识图谱作为结构化语义知识库,具有整合多源信息、可视化关联关系和模拟智能推理的强大潜力,为革新传统教学模式提供了新路径。本文系统阐述了知识图谱在妇产科学教学中构建系统化知识网络、驱动临床思维训练、实现分层精准教学、赋能技能模拟训练四大核心应用场景,深入分析了其在技术实现、知识更新、教学改革与伦理安全方面面临的主要挑战,并据此构建了一个“知识图谱+”妇产科智慧教学前瞻性模式。旨在为推动妇产科学教学从“知识传授”向“能力赋能”转型提供理论参考与实践方向。
The teaching of Obstetrics and Gynecology faces significant challenges due to its complex knowledge system, high difficulty in cultivating clinical thinking, limited practical teaching resources, and homogenized teaching methods. As a structured semantic knowledge base, knowledge graphs possess strong potential to integrate multi-source information, visualize relational associations, and simulate intelligent reasoning, offering a novel pathway to innovate traditional teaching modes. This article systematically elaborates on four core application scenarios of knowledge graphs in obstetrics and gynecology education: constructing systematic knowledge networks, driving clinical thinking training, enabling stratified and personalized teaching, and empowering skills simulation training. It further provides an in-depth analysis of the major challenges in technological implementation, knowledge updating, teaching reform, and ethical safety. Based on this analysis, a forward-looking “knowledge graph+” intelligent teaching mode for Obstetrics and Gynecology is constructed. The aim is to provide theoretical reference and practical directions for promoting the transformation of Obstetrics and Gynecology education from “knowledge transmission” to “capacity empowerment”.
