基于人工智能的生殖医学教学培养策略与改革探讨
Discussion on strategies and reform in reproductive medicine teaching and cultivation based on artificial intelligence
生殖医学作为一门高度交叉且不断发展的学科,在基础理论与实践衔接、多学科融合以及人工智能技术应用方面仍面临诸多挑战。当前教学模式普遍存在课程体系不够完善、临床实践机会有限、跨学科协同不足以及人工智能应用滞后等问题。因此,本文提出以人工智能赋能的新型教学策略,并系统阐述基于AI的个性化学习体系与虚拟病例教学、伦理思辨教育的创新路径,以及AI与虚拟现实融合的实验与操作训练模式,进一步探讨遗传学亚专科等多学科交叉培养机制,旨在推动生殖医学教育的系统化、智能化与协同创新,为高水平医学人才培养和学科高质量发展提供参考。
As a highly interdisciplinary and rapidly evolving field, reproductive medicine faces significant challenges in bridging foundational theory with clinical practice, fostering multidisciplinary integration, and applying artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in education. Current teaching models suffer from an underdeveloped curriculum system, limited clinical practice opportunities, insufficient interdisciplinary collaboration, and lagging application of AI technologies. In response to the shift in educational paradigms, this paper proposes a new AI-empowered teaching strategy. It systematically elaborates on approaches including AI-based personalized learning systems and virtual case-based teaching, innovations in ethical reasoning education, AI and virtual reality-integrated experimental and operational training, sub-specialization in genetics, and interdisciplinary training models. These strategies aim to promote systematic, intelligent, and collaborative innovation in reproductive medicine education, providing valuable insights for the cultivation of medical talents and the high-quality development of the discipline.
