数智时代医学生教育数字化转型:基于学习者主体的探索
Digital transformation in medical education in the digital and intelligence era:
在数智化转型背景下,医学教育正经历着从传统教学模式向学习者中心模式的深刻变革,医学生的主体性学习地位在数字化转型过程中得到实质性提升并发挥着关键性作用。本研究立足于医学生主体视角,系统考察其在教育数字化转型进程中的能动性实践。首先,从教育数字化转型中学生主体性的生成逻辑、医学生数字化学习参与的生成性本质、数字化转型中医学生数字素养培养的保障需求三个方面,塑造了学习者主体的教育理念。其次,构建了医学生数字化学习的四种信息接触方式,包括算法推荐信息、社交传播信息、搜索引擎信息、自动化生成信息,并分析其优势效能及潜在风险。最后,从价值导向、信息筛选和风险防控三个维度,系统分析了医学生数字化学习的主体性实践路径,为医学教育数字化转型提供了可操作的创新发展路径。
In the context of digital transformation, medical education is undergoing a profound change from traditional teaching modes to learner-centered approaches. The active learning status of medical students has been substantially enhanced and plays a crucial role in the process of digital transformation. This study is grounded in the perspective of medical students, systematically examining their proactive practices during the digital transformation of education. Firstly, it explores the generative logic of student agency within educational digital transformation, the generative essence of medical students’ participation in digital learning, and the shaping of educational concepts that ensure the cultivation of digital literacy among medical students during this transformation. Secondly, it constructs four modes of information engagement in medical students’ digital learning, including algorithm-recommended information, socially disseminated information, search engine information, and automated generated information, while analyzing the advantages and potential cognitive risks associated with these four modes of information engagement. Finally, from the dimensions of value orientation, information filtering, and risk prevention, the study systematically analyzes the paths of active practice in medical students’ digital learning, providing actionable innovative development pathways for the digital transformation of medical education.
