医工融合导向的健康数据挖掘课程知识图谱构建研究
Research on the construction of knowledge graph for Health Data Mining course oriented by medical engineering integration
针对医工交叉课程中临床需求与技术教学脱节的问题,提出了以临床问题域为驱动的知识图谱架构。该架构通过“基础技术层—临床问题层—思政约束层—动态链接层”的四层融合模型,实现医学场景原生驱动与技术路径的有机对接。在此基础上,设计“三元绑定机制”,通过临床案例绑定、思政映射绑定和能力训练绑定,强化理论与实践的双向联动,推动知识向价值和能力的转化。课程实践结果显示,该模式在理论掌握、问题意识和能力提升方面均表现出显著优势,为医学工程复合型人才的培养提供了一种可推广的实证路径和范式。
To address the disconnection between clinical demands and technical instruction in medical-engineering interdisciplinary courses, this study proposes a clinical problem–driven knowledge graph architecture. The framework integrates a four-layer fusion model—fundamental technology, clinical problem, ethical constraint, and dynamic linkage—so as to organically align technical pathways with real medical scenarios. On this basis, a “triple-binding mechanism” is designed, comprising clinical case binding, ethical mapping binding, and competency training binding, thereby strengthening the bidirectional linkage between theory and practice and promoting the transformation of knowledge into values and capabilities. Teaching practice results demonstrate that this mode significantly enhances students’ mastery of theory, problem awareness, and practical competence. This study thus provides a replicable empirical pathway and paradigm for cultivating interdisciplinary medical-engineering talent.
