数智领教:DeepSeek赋能医学院校创新创业闭环教育实践模式探索

数智领教:DeepSeek赋能医学院校创新创业闭环教育实践模式探索
Digital intelligence coach: Exploration of a closed-loop innovation and entrepreneurship education practice mode in medical colleges and universities empowered by DeepSeek
针对当前医学院校创新创业教育普遍存在的形式化、人才培养效果不佳及教学资源匮乏等问题,探索基于AI大模型的医学院校创新创业全流程闭环教育实践模式,构建能够长期赋能医学人才发展的创新型教育培养机制。通过构建基于DeepSeek大模型的AI智能体“数智领教”,并协同优秀毕业生作为自然人领教,形成人机协同的闭环双创教育模式与实践流程。在上海健康医学院开展的2025年双创教育探索实验表明,该模式下学生对双创教育的主观认知和客观参赛成绩均显著提升。基于DeepSeek数智领教的闭环教育实践模式能有效提高双创教学质量,为医学院校创新创业教育和素质培养提供参考。
To address the prevalent issues in innovation and entrepreneurship education in medical colleges and universities, such as superficial formalism, limited effectiveness in talent cultivation, and insufficient teaching resources, this study aims to explore a full-process, closed-loop educational practice mode for innovation and entrepreneurship based on large-scale AI models. The goal is to establish an innovative educational mechanism that enables the long-term empowerment and development of medical talents. The “AI digital intelligence coach”, an intelligent agent was developed based on the DeepSeek large language model. In collaboration with outstanding alumni acting as human mentors, a human-machine collaborative closed-loop innovation and entrepreneurship educational mode and practical workflow was constructed. The experimental implementation of this mode in Shanghai University of Medicine and Health Sciences demonstrated significant improvements in both students’ subjective understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship education and their objective performance in related competitions. The closed-loop educational practice mode based on DeepSeek-powered digital intelligence coach effectively enhances the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education. It offers a valuable reference for promoting innovation and entrepreneurship education and competency development in medical colleges and universities.
