基于云影像平台的混合式教学模式在医学影像学课程中的构建与应用效果研究

基于云影像平台的混合式教学模式在医学影像学课程中的构建与应用效果研究
Research on the construction and application effectiveness of blended teaching mode in Medical Imaging course based on cloud imaging platform
目的 探讨基于云影像平台的混合式教学模式在医学影像学课程中的构建路径,并评估其对学生理论知识掌握、实践技能提升及教学满意度的影响。 方法 选取齐齐哈尔医学院临床医学专业五年制学生为研究对象,将2023 — 2024学年78名学生设为对照组(传统教学模式),2024 — 2025学年83名学生设为试验组(基于云影像平台的混合式教学模式)。通过理论知识考核、影像诊断实践技能测试、AI工具操作能力评估及教学满意度问卷调查,比较两组教学效果。 结果 试验组在影像基础理论、影像解剖学、疾病诊断知识、临床案例分析、人工智能基础及综合知识等理论知识考核中成绩均优于对照组(均P<0.05);在X线、CT、MRI、介入放射学、核医学阅片诊断及AI工具操作等实践技能方面亦显著提升(均P<0.05);教学满意度各维度评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。 结论 基于云影像平台的混合式教学模式能有效提升医学影像学课程的教学质量,促进学生理论知识、实践技能与综合素养的全面发展,具有较高的应用价值与推广前景。
Objective To explore the construction path of a blended teaching mode based on cloud imaging platform in Medical Imaging courses and evaluate its impact on students’ mastery of theoretical knowledge, improvement of practical skills, and teaching satisfaction. Methods Undergraduate students majoring in the five-year program of Clinical Medicine from Qiqihar Medical University were selected as the teaching objects. A total of 78 students in the academic year of 2023 to 2024 were set as the control group (traditional teaching mode), while 83 students in the academic year of 2024 to 2025 were set as the experimental group (blended teaching mode based on cloud imaging platform). The teaching effectiveness between the two groups were compared through theoretical knowledge tests, imaging diagnosis practical skill assessments, AI tool operation capability evaluations, and teaching satisfaction surveys. Results The experimental group showed superior performance in fundamental imaging theories, imaging anatomy, disease diagnostic knowledge, clinical case analysis, basics of artificial intelligence, and comprehensive knowledge in theoretical examinations (all P<0.05) compared with the control group. Significant improvements were also observed in practical skills such as X-ray, CT, MRI, interventional radiology, nuclear medicine interpretation, and AI tool operations (all P<0.05). Furthermore, the experimental group scored higher in all dimensions of teaching satisfaction than the control group (all P<0.05). Conclusion The blended teaching mode based on cloud imaging platform effectively enhances the quality of teaching in Medical Imaging courses, promotes the overall development of students’ theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and comprehensive qualities, thus demonstrating high application value and prospects for promotion.
