高强度聚焦超声治疗CSP的临床研究进展

摘要

<正>剖宫产瘢痕妊娠(Cesarean scar pregnancy,CSP)是指受精卵在先前剖宫产的子宫切口瘢痕处着床的一种异位妊娠类型,其病因与早期胎盘植入相同[1]。随着剖宫产率的上升,CSP的发病率呈现上升趋势。最新数据显示,其发生率已达到1:2 216[2]。CSP的潜在严重并发症包括子宫破裂、大出血,甚至需要进行紧急子宫切除术以挽救生命。虽然妊娠早期终止妊娠被认为是标准治疗,但现有的治疗方法在全球范围内仍缺乏统一的标准。
