全飞秒激光手术术中巨大黑区1例

摘要

<正>近年来，全飞秒激光手术，即飞秒激光小切口角膜基质透镜取出 (Small incision lenticule extraction，SMILE) 手术作为一种无瓣的手术方式，受到医生和患者的欢迎。全飞秒手术是目前安全有效的屈光手术方式之一，恢复速度快，并发症发生率低，但术中偶有黑区出现，黑区如何处理及减少黑区发生是尤为重要的。1临床资料患者男性，18岁，汉族，学生，因“双眼视物不清6年”来院就诊，诊断屈光不正并戴镜治疗。
