孟鲁司特钠联合盐酸丙卡特罗在难治性支原体肺炎患儿中的应用效果
Clinical efficacy of montelukast sodium combined with procaterol hydrochloride in children with refractory Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia
目的 探究孟鲁司特钠联合盐酸丙卡特罗在难治性支原体肺炎(RMPP)患儿中的应用效果。 方法 选取2022年8月—2024年8月天津市人民医院纳入的92例RMPP患儿作为研究对象,按信封抽签法随机分为单一组与联合组,每组46例。单一组给予盐酸丙卡特罗治疗,联合组给予孟鲁司特钠联合盐酸丙卡特罗治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、临床指标、肺功能、炎症因子及不良反应。 结果 联合组的治疗总有效率高于单一组(P <0.05)。联合组住院时间、止咳时间、气喘消失时间均短于单一组(P <0.05)。联合组治疗后与治疗前第1秒用力呼吸容积、用力肺活量、最大呼气中段流量、最大呼气峰流速的差值均高于单一组(P <0.05)。联合组治疗后与治疗前白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-13、白细胞介素-17、肿瘤坏死因子-α、γ-干扰素的差值均高于单一组(P <0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。 结论 孟鲁司特钠联合盐酸丙卡特罗治疗RMPP患儿效果较好。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of montelukast sodium combined with procaterol hydrochloride in children with refractory Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (RMPP). Methods A total of 92 children with RMPP admitted to Tianjin People's Hospital from August 2022 to August 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a monotherapy group (n = 46) and a combination group (n = 46) using the envelope randomization method. The monotherapy group received procaterol hydrochloride alone, while the combination group received montelukast sodium combined with procaterol hydrochloride. The two groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy, clinical symptom indicators, pulmonary function, inflammatory cytokine levels, and adverse reactions. Results The overall effective rate in the combination group was significantly higher than that in the monotherapy group (P < 0.05). The length of hospital stay, cough relief time, and wheezing disappearance time were all shorter in the combination group compared to the monotherapy group (P < 0.05). The changes in forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1), forced vital capacity (FVC), maximal mid-expiratory flow (MMEF), and peak expiratory flow (PEF) before and after treatment were greater in the combination group than in the monotherapy group (P < 0.05). Reductions in interleukin (IL)-6, IL-13, IL-17, tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α, and interferon (IFN)-γ levels before and after treatment were also significantly greater in the combination group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Montelukast sodium combined with procaterol hydrochloride demonstrates significant clinical efficacy in children with RMPP.
