Research progress in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic endometritis
慢性子宫内膜炎(CE)是一种子宫内膜持续感染和浆细胞浸润子宫内膜间质为主要特征的炎症性疾病。由于CE患者的临床症状不明显,容易被人们所忽视,但其与女性不孕症、反复种植失败和不明原因的复发性流产显著相关。该文概括了近年来关于CE的诊断及治疗方法的研究进展,旨在帮助临床医生改善CE不孕女性的妊娠结局。
Chronic endometritis (CE) is an inflammatory disease characterized by persistent infection of the endometrium and infiltration of plasma cells into the endometrial stroma. Due to the often subtle clinical symptoms in CE patients, this condition is frequently overlooked. However, it is significantly associated with female infertility, repeated implantation failure (RIF), and unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA). This review summarizes recent research advances in the diagnosis and treatment of CE, aiming to assist clinicians in improving pregnancy outcomes for infertile women with CE.
