老年心脏外科手术患者发生术后房颤的影响因素研究进展
Research progress in influencing factors of postoperative atrial fibrillation in elderly patients after cardiac surgery
心房颤动(以下简称房颤)是一种常见的心律失常,严重可导致心力衰竭、血栓栓塞等并发症,威胁患者生命。房颤是心脏外科手术患者术后常见并发症,术后房颤(POAF)可增加患者并发症发生风险、延长住院时间和提高病死率。该文旨在对老年心脏外科手术患者发生POAF的影响因素进行综述,以期为临床预防和治疗老年心脏外科手术患者POAF提供参考依据。
Atrial fibrillation (AF) is one of the most common cardiac arrhythmias and may lead to serious complications such as heart failure and thromboembolism, thereby posing a significant threat to patients’ lives. AF is also a frequent postoperative complication in patients undergoing cardiac surgery. Postoperative AF (POAF) is associated with an increased risk of complications, prolonged hospital stay, and higher mortality. This review aims to summarize the influencing factors of POAF in elderly patients after cardiac surgery, in order to provide evidence for the prevention and management of POAF in this population.
