摘要
以小麦和蚕豆填闲的辣椒连作土壤为试验材料,制备不同质量浓度(0.01、0.03、0.05、0.07、0.10 g·mL-1)的灭菌与不灭菌小麦和蚕豆混合填闲土壤浸提液,以辣椒为研究对象,通过盆栽和平板试验,探究填闲对辣椒幼苗生长、辣椒疫病发生、疫霉菌及辣椒根际细菌微生物群落的影响,以明确其在小麦和蚕豆混合填闲减轻辣椒疫病中的作用。结果表明:0.03 g·mL-1不灭菌填闲土壤浸提液处理,对辣椒幼苗株高、茎粗及干质量和鲜质量的促进作用及对辣椒疫病的抑制作用最显著、发病率最低(43.33%);该处理对辣椒疫霉菌的菌丝生长、产孢量和游动孢子萌发的抑制作用,均显著高于灭菌处理和对照处理。土壤细菌群落分析表明,0.03 g·mL-1不灭菌填闲土壤浸提液显著改变辣椒根际土壤细菌群落结构,但对细菌多样性无显著影响;在属水平上,显著增加鞘氨醇单胞菌属( Sphingomonas)、o__ SBR1031、假单胞菌属( Pseudomonas)和o__ Vicinamibacterales等潜在有益菌属的相对丰度。小麦和蚕豆填闲土壤浸提液,显著促进辣椒幼苗生长,减轻疫病发生,改变辣椒根际土壤细菌群落组成和多样性,增加潜在有益细菌的相对丰度,质量浓度为0.03 g·mL-1的不灭菌小麦和蚕豆混合填闲土壤浸提液效果最佳。
