摘要

白头翁三萜皂苷是从中药白头翁中提取的一类皂苷化合物,其苷元主要为齐墩果烷型和羽扇豆烷型的五环三萜。主要活性成分包括白头翁皂苷A、A3、B4、B5和D等。药理研究表明,白头翁三萜皂苷具有广泛的生物活性,包括抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗氧化、免疫调节,以及增强肿瘤细胞放射敏感性等作用。本文综述了白头翁三萜皂苷的化学成分及其药理作用,为其深入研究和潜在药物开发提供理论依据。

Abstract

Triterpene saponins from Pulsatilla chinensis are a class of saponin compounds isolated from the traditional Chinese medicinal herb Pulsatilla. They are classified as pentacyclic triterpene saponins, possessing oleanane- and lupane-type aglycone. The principal active constituents include several representative saponins, such as Pulsatilla saponin A, A3, B4, B5, and D. Pharmacological studies have revealed that these triterpene saponins exhibit a broad spectrum of biological activities, including anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and immunomodulatory effects, as well as the ability to enhance tumor cell radiosensitivity. This review summarizes their chemical constituents and pharmacological activities, providing a theoretical basis for further research and potential therapeutic development.
