乡村体育赛事如何释放乡村活力——基于多主体资源编排理论的贵州“村BA”案例分析

How Rural Sports Events Unleash Rural Vitality: A Case Study of Guizhou’s “Village BA” Based on Multi-Agent Resource Orchestration Theory

摘要

新时代下体育赛事是激发乡村内生动力与汇聚外部发展资源的有效载体。本文基于资源编排理论,以贵州“村BA”为案例,聚焦村民集体、政府与市场三大主体,考察其在赛事发展过程中如何通过资源结构化、能力化与杠杆化等一系列动态实践。研究发现:“村BA”的初始活力根植于村民集体对在地文化与社会资本的自发编排。随外部力量介入,政府政策供给与市场商业运营共同推动赛事规模与影响力跃升,促使乡村活力从单一的社会文化形态演变为经济、社会、治理等多维复合形态。在多主体互动情境下,构建一种超越单一组织边界的协同机制,是实现乡村活力可持续释放的核心。锚定内生动力、构建协同治理、平衡多元价值是乡村体育赛事激发乡村活力的三条核心路径。

Abstract

In the new era, sports events serve as effective vehicles for stimulating rural endogenous power and aggregating external development resources. Taking Guizhou's "Village BA" as a case, this paper introduces resource orchestration theory to construct a multi-agent resource orchestration analysis framework, conducting in-depth analysis of its different evolutionary stages from endogenous emergence and breakout growth to diverse co-creation. Focusing on the three key actors of village collectives, government, and market, the study examines how they drive the generation and release of rural vitality through a series of dynamic practices such as resource structuring, capacity building, and leveraging during the development of the event. The findings indicate that the initial vitality of "Village BA" is rooted in the spontaneous orchestration of local culture and social capital by the village collective. With external interventions, government policy support and market-driven commercial operations jointly propel the leap in the scale and influence of the tournament, prompting rural vitality to evolve from a singular socio-cultural form into a multidimensional composite encompassing economic, social, and governance dimensions. The study further reveals that in the context of multi-agent interaction, constructing a collaborative mechanism transcending single organizational boundaries is central to achieving the sustainable release of rural vitality. Accordingly, three core pathways for rural sports events to stimulate rural vitality are distilled: anchoring endogenous momentum, building collaborative governance, and balancing diverse values.
