摘要

目的 通过文献计量学分析探讨泌尿外科临床教学的研究热点与发展趋势。方法 采用计算机检索 Web of Science核心合集和中国知网数据库自建库至2025年9月16日的泌尿外科临床教学相关文献,将得到的结果进行全面的文献计量学分析。结果 本研究共检索到来自 Web of Science核心合集与中国知网数据库的303篇中文文献和290篇英文文献。泌尿外科临床教学领域年发文量呈上升趋势,发文量最多的单位是美国哈佛大学;本研究展示了该领域在中、英文文献中出现频次最高的关键词分布及其聚类分析,并列出了被引用数前10的文献的基本信息。结论 泌尿外科临床教学正受到越来越多的临床医生以及泌尿外科学生关注,高被引文献共同指向泌尿外科临床教学的三项可实施改进方向:其一,以间隔教学、翻转课堂等结构化设计提升基础知识的长期记忆与稳定掌握;其二,以分阶段课程与效度验证的评价体系推进模拟训练、机器人/腔镜训练的标准化与可考核;其三,提升培训体系在突发事件下的模拟表现,并补齐医学生非技术能力的规范化训练。上述方向可为泌尿外科教学实践与住培体系优化提供直接参考。

Abstract

Objective To explore the research hotspots and developmental trends in urological education through a bibliometric analysis. Methods Relevant literature on urological education was retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection and the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)databases,covering all records up to Sep.16,2025. A comprehensive bibliometric analysis was performed on the retrieved publications. Results A total of 303 Chinese and 290 English articles were collected. The annual number of publications demonstrated an overall upward trend. Harvard University in the United States was the most productive institution in this field. Conclusion Urological clinical education has attracted increasing attention from clinicians and medical trainees. Highly cited studies consistently highlight three actionable priorities for urological education:firstly, improving long-term knowledge retention through structured,spaced,and feedback-rich learning designs; secondly,standardizing simulation-based skills training with validated assessment and staged credentialing; thirdly,strengthening training system resilience while expanding non-technical skills training. These directions provide implementable pathways for optimizing urological teaching practices and the standardized residency training programs.
