经皮肾镜肾脏异物取出术1例报告

摘要

肾脏火器伤后异物残留是战创伤救治的难题，临床处理较为棘手^[1]。传统的肾脏异物取出术通常采用开放性或腹腔镜手术，对患者的创伤较大、出血较多、器官功能损害明显。空军军医大学西京医院成功采用微创经皮肾镜手术，结合具有良好切割和止血效果的1470半导体激光成功取出1例患者的肾脏异物，现报告如下。
