摘要

新辅助治疗作为早期肝细胞癌新兴的治疗策略,通过局部治疗和全身治疗,有助于降低术后高复发率,从而达到改善患者预后的目的。主要对早期肝癌术前所存在的高危复发因素和新辅助治疗的最新研究成果进行归纳和总结,为早期肝细胞癌新辅助治疗筛选适宜人群、制定合适治疗方案提供一定的临床思路。
