普外科研究的桥梁:实验动物模型的研究与应用

摘要

2014—2025年,普外科动物模型研究取得重要进展。采用文献计量学方法,分析该领域研究热点并综述主要手术在动物模型上的应用。研究发现,过去十余年中,普外科动物模型的研究逐年增加,主要集中在微创手术、消化系统疾病手术、癌症研究等领域。热点词频分析显示,手术技术(如微创手术和腹腔镜手术)、疾病模型(如纤维化、糖尿病、乳腺癌和急性肾损伤)、麻醉和药物(如全身麻醉、丙泊酚和麻醉诱导的神经毒性)及外科教育和培训(如手术模拟和技能训练)等领域。这些研究热点反映了普外科在手术方法优化、疾病机制探究、麻醉安全性及外科医师培训等方面的关注和发展方向。通过对普外科主要手术动物模型的研究汇总,探讨其在临床应用中的潜力和面临的挑战,并提出了未来研究的建议,以期推动普外科动物模型研究与应用的进一步发展。
