青贮饲料蛋白质降解研究进展

青贮饲料蛋白质降解研究进展

摘要

青贮饲料在改善动物采食量和增加畜产品供应方面发挥着重要作用,但受青贮工艺、牧草营养和环境的影响,牧草在青贮过程中发生蛋白质降解尤为常见。基于近年来国内外有关田间管理措施(如施氮量、混播方式和生育期等)影响青贮饲料蛋白质降解的研究现状,从青贮饲料中氨基肽酶活性和非蛋白质氮产生变化两方面探讨了青贮饲料蛋白质降解的变化机理,并对青贮饲料蛋白质降解的未来研究方向进行了初步展望:未来应深入探讨田间管理措施对青贮饲料蛋白质降解的影响机制,并以青贮饲料发酵过程中代谢的中间产物(小分子)构建预测模型,利用测序技术解析青贮饲料中微生物的动态变化,并通过定量蛋白质组学手段对牧草青贮过程中微生物的蛋白质表达进行精准鉴定和定量,从而为主导蛋白质降解的关键功能性微生物菌株的筛选及深入解析蛋白质的变化提供参考。
