不同性别金边鲤的通径分析及选育策略

不同性别金边鲤的通径分析及选育策略
Pathway analysis and breeding strategies of Jinbian carp with different sexes
目的 解析广西特有土著鱼类金边鲤不同性别的表型特征及其与体重的关联机制,为金边鲤的性别特异性选育提供依据。 方法 采集广西柳州三江和融水稻田养殖的80尾雌雄各半样本,测定可数性状(鳞式、鳍式等)和可量性状(体重、全长、体高等),结合相关性分析、通径分析和多元回归模型,揭示不同性别金边鲤可数性状差异及可量性状与体重的关系。 结果 所统计的10个可数性状中,9个可量形态性状与体重的相关性差异极显著(P<0.01)。雌鱼体重、体高、显著高于雄鱼,而雄鱼的体长/体高比值大于雌鱼,呈现更修长的体型。雌雄群体体重变异系数均超30%,表明选育潜力显著。通径分析显示,雄鱼体重主要受全长和体高直接作用,雌鱼则由体高、全长及头长主导。逐步回归模型表明,雌雄最优预测方程分别为:雌鱼Y=63.060X₃+11.898X₁-34.712X₄-661.405和雄鱼Y=18.433X₁+19.903X₃-376.392。 结论 不同性别金边鲤进行选育的主要形态性状存在差异,建议在金边鲤新品种选育过程中优先关注雌鱼的体高性状和雄鱼的全长性状。
Objectives The phenotypic characteristics of Jinbian carp (Cyprinus carpio var. Jinbian, a unique indigenous species of fish in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region) with different sexes and their correlation with body weight were studied to provide a basis for the breeding of sex-specific Jinbian carp. Methods 80 sexually matured Jinbian carp including 40 males and 40 females were collected from rice fields in Sanjiang and Rongshui, Liuzhou, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region to measure quantitative traits including scale pattern, fin pattern, etc. and qualitative traits including body weight, total length, height, etc. The differences in quantitative traits and the relationship between qualitative traits and body weight among different sexes of Jinbian carp were analyzed with combining the correlation analysis, pathway analysis, and multiple regression modeling. Results The correlation between 10 quantitative traits and 9 quantitative traits and body weight was significantly different (P<0.01). The body weight and body height of females was significantly higher than that of males, and the body length/body height ratio of males was greater than that of females, with a more elongated body shape. The coefficient of variation of body weight in both male and female populations exceeded 30%, indicating that there is significant potential of breeding. The results of pathway analysis showed that the body weight of males was mainly and directly influenced by its total length and body height, while that of females was dominated by its body height, total length, and head length. The results of stepwise regression analysis showed that the optimal prediction equation for females and males was Y=63.060X₃+11.898X₁-34.712X₄-661.405 and Y=18.433X₁+19.903X₃-376.392, respectively. Conclusions There were differences in the key morphological traits of breeding Jinbian carp with different sexes. It is recommended to prioritize the body height of females and the total length of males in the process of breeding new Jinbian carp varieties. It will provide critical theoretical guidance for the genetic improvement of Jinbian carp.
