贵州铜仁市部分地区鸡毒支原体流行情况调查与分析
Investigation and analysis of the prevalence of Mycoplasma gallisepticum in some areas of Tongren City, Guizhou Province
目的 调查铜仁市鸡毒支原体(MG)流行情况,为该病的防控提供依据。 方法 2023-2024年,从铜仁市部分地区(碧江区、万山区、江口县和思南县)的28个鸡场采集血清样品514份,采用ELISA法检测MG抗体,并分析不同风险因素对鸡MG流行情况的影响。 结果 207份血清样品为MG抗体阳性,平均阳性率为63.62%,不同地区样品阳性率为54.83%~76.60%。蛋鸡、肉鸡和肉蛋兼用型鸡血清MG抗体阳性率差异不显著,分别为65.38%、62.50%和59.68%;散养场来源血清MG抗体阳性率显著高于规模化鸡场,分别为85.56%和51.07%。不同季节鸡MG抗体阳性率差异显著,其中春季(86.5%)和冬季(74.34%)最高,而夏季和秋季最低,分别为43.51%和56.56%。成年鸡血清MG抗体阳性率显著高于育成鸡和雏鸡,分别为73.20%、57.14%和36.0%。 结论 铜仁市鸡MG流行严重,其中养殖模式、季节和鸡的日龄是影响MG流行的主要风险因素。
Objectives The prevalence of Mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG) in some areas of Tongren City, Guizhou Province was investigated to provide a basis for the prevention and control of MG. Methods 514 serum samples were collected from 28 chicken farms in some areas of Tongren City including Bijiang District, Wanshan District, Jiangkou County, and Sinan County from 2023 to 2024. ELISA was used to detect MG antibodies and analyze the effects of risk factors on the prevalence of chicken MG. Results 207 serum samples were positive for MG antibodies, with an average positivity rate of 63.62%. The positivity rates of samples from different areas ranged from 54.83% to 76.60%. There was no significant difference in the positive rate of MG antibodies in serum among laying hens, broiler chickens, and dual-purpose chickens, which was 65.38%, 62.50%, and 59.68%, respectively. The positive rate of MG antibodies in serum from free-range farms was 85.56%, significantly higher than that (51.07%) from large-scale chicken farms. The positive rate of MG antibodies in chickens varied significantly in different seasons, with the highest in spring (86.5%) and winter (74.34%), and the lowest in summer and autumn, at 43.51% and 56.56%, respectively. The positive rate of MG antibodies in the serum of adult chicken was73.20%, significantly higher than that in the serum of broiler chickens (57.14%) and chickens (36.0%). Conclusions The prevalence of MG in chickens in some areas of Tongren City, Guizhou Province was severe, and the mode of farming, season, and day-old of chickens were the main risk factors affecting the prevalence of MG.
