劳动教育跨学科项目化教学实践——以《养殖场疫病防控》校本课程为例

劳动教育跨学科项目化教学实践——以《养殖场疫病防控》校本课程为例
Practice of interdisciplinary project-based teaching in the labor education:
目的 调查研究兰州市某中职学校畜禽生产技术专业学生对劳动教育校本课程课堂教学效果的评价及满意度,为中职阶段《劳动教育》校本课程的开发及课堂质量提升提供一定参考依据。 方法 以劳动教育《养殖场疫病防控》校本课程为例,通过期末成绩分析和问卷星调查研究学生对校本课程教学效果的评价及满意度。 结果 t检验发现试验班和对照班总成绩差异极显著(P=0.009),试验班的总成绩平均值高于对照班6.17分,但标准差较对照班低2.79分,且根据成绩占比发现试验班的优等生比例远远超过对照班;利用问卷调查从5个方面对教学效果进行评价,发现试验组教学满意度、目标达成度等评价均高于对照组,且除了校本课程需求度以外,其他调查维度均具有显著性差异。 结论 在畜禽生产技术专业实施劳动教育跨学科项目化教学能够提高学生的学习兴趣及职业素养,这种教学模式得到大多数学生的认可,并值得在其他专业推广。
Objectives The evaluation and satisfaction of students majoring in livestock and poultry production technology at a vocational school in Lanzhou City with the effectiveness of classroom teaching in campus-based courses in labor education was investigated to provide a certain reference basis for the development of campus -based courses and improvement of classroom quality in vocational education. Methods The campus-based course Prevention and Control of Epidemic Diseases in Farms in labor education was used to study the evaluation and satisfaction of students with the effectiveness of classroom teaching in campus-based course by analyzing the final-term grades and surveys on online survey platform. Results There was a significant difference in total scores between the experimental group and the control group (P=0.009) with t-test. The average overall score of the experimental group was 6.17 points higher than that of the control group, but the standard deviation of the experimental group was 2.79 points lower than that of the control group. The results of the proportion of scores showed that the proportion of excellent students in the experimental group was much higher than that in the control group. The results of using a questionnaire survey to evaluate effectiveness of teaching from five aspects showed that the evaluation of teaching satisfaction and goal achievement in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and there were significant differences in other survey dimensions except for the demand of campus -based courses. Conclusions Implementing interdisciplinary project-based teaching in labor education in the field of livestock and poultry production technology can enhance the interest of students in learning and professional competence. This teaching mode is widely recognized by most students and is worth promoting in other majors.
