益生元改善猪肠道屏障功能的研究进展
Progress on improving function of intestinal barrier in pigs with prebiotics
目的 总结益生元的定义、作用机制及在生猪肠道屏障功能方面的影响,为益生元在生猪肠道健康方面的开发和应用提供参考。 方法 综述益生元的定义及作用机制,讨论益生元对生猪肠道物理屏障、免疫屏障、微生物屏障和化学屏障功能的影响。 结果 益生元可以被肠道微生物群选择性发酵,改善肠道紧密连接蛋白表达,调节肠道免疫因子表达,影响短链脂肪酸的合成,促进肠道有益菌的生长和活性,抑制肠道病原微生物的繁殖,促进生猪肠道屏障功能改善。 结论 益生元在生猪饲料中具有广阔的应用前景,但其对不同生长阶段生猪的改善作用还需要进一步研究,使其在生猪生产中展现出更大的潜力。
Objectives The definition, mechanism of action, and effects of prebiotics on improving the function of intestinal barrier in pigs were summarized to provide references for the development and application of prebiotics in the intestinal health of pigs. Methods The definition and mechanism of action of prebiotics were reviewed. The effects of prebiotics on the physical, immune, microbial and chemical barriers of pig intestines were discussed. Results Prebiotics can be selectively fermented by the gut microbiota, improve the expression of tight junction proteins in the intestine, regulate the expression of intestinal immune factors, affect the synthesis of short chain fatty acids, promote the growth and activity of beneficial bacteria in the intestine, inhibit the proliferation of pathogenic microorganisms in the intestine to enhance the improvement of the function of intestinal barrier in pigs. Conclusion Prebiotics have broad application prospects in feed for pigs, but its effects on improving pigs at different stages of growth still need further research to demonstrate greater potential in farming pigs.
