云南省部分地区牛腹泻病毒核酸检测与分析

云南省部分地区牛腹泻病毒核酸检测与分析
Nucleic acid detection and analysis of bovine diarrhea virus in some areas of Yunnan Province
目的 探究云南省部分地区牛腹泻病毒的流行情况,为该病的防控和检测工作提供参考。 方法 2021-2023年,对云南省内12个区域采集的655份粪便样本进行RT⁃PCR检测,并采用描述性统计分析、分组对比分析和相关性分析对牛腹泻病毒在不同地区、不同年龄、不同样品(腹泻/非腹泻)、不同品种(肉牛/奶牛)中的分布情况及不同病原在云南的流行情况进行统计分析,阐述病毒的分布特点。 结果 共检测出BRV、BCoV、BVDV、BToV、BNoV、BAstV、BNeV和BEV等8种病毒,总阳性率为49.92%,其中BCoV、BToV和BAstV在云南牛群中阳性率最高;各种病毒在腹泻样品中检出率为84.2%,在非腹泻样品中检出率为24.7%,且在腹泻样品中存在二重和三重混合感染;8种病毒在奶牛样品中均被检出,阳性率为60.2%,在肉牛样品中仅有BRV存在,阳性率为1.7%;8种病毒对于不同年龄段牛群易感性不同,主要感染1周龄~6月龄犊牛。 结论 在云南部分地区牛群中共检测到8种腹泻病毒,其中BCoV、BToV和BAstV的阳性率最高,是云南主要流行病毒。8种病毒主要感染1周龄~6月龄犊牛,且存在隐性感染和多重混合感染情况。
Objectives The prevalence of bovine diarrhea virus in some areas of Yunnan Province was studied to provide references for the prevention, control and detection of this disease. Methods 655 fecal samples collected from 12 regions in Yunnan Province from 2021 to 2023 were detected with RT-PCR. Descriptive statistical analysis, group comparison analysis, and correlation analysis were used to statistically analyze the distribution of bovine diarrhea virus in different regions, ages, samples (diarrhea/non diarrhea), breeds (beef cattle/dairy cows), and the prevalence of different pathogens in Yunnan. The characteristics of distribution of the virus were elucidated. Results 8 viruses including BRV, BCoV, BVDV, BToV, BNoV, BAstV, BNeV, and BEV were detected, with a total positive rate of 49.92%. Among them, BCoV, BToV, and BAstV had the highest positive rates in herds of cattle from Yunnan. The detection rate of various viruses in diarrhea samples and non-diarrhea samples was 84.2% and 24.7%, with the presence of dual and triple mixed infections in diarrhea samples. 8 viruses were detected in cow samples with a positive rate of 60.2%, while only BRV was present in beef cattle samples with a positive rate of 1.7%. The susceptibility of 8 viruses to different age groups of cattle varied, mainly infecting calves aged 1 week to 6 months. Conclusions 8 types of diarrhea viruses were detected in herds of cattle in some areas of Yunnan, among which BCoV, BToV, and BAstV had the highest positive rates and were the main prevalent viruses in Yunnan. 8 viruses mainly infected calves aged 1 week to 6 months, and there were cases of latent infection and multiple mixed infections.
