1例CSFV、PCV2和PRRSV混合感染的流行病学调查
Epidemiological investigation of a case of mixed infection of CSFV, PCV2, and PRRSV
目的 为确诊广西柳州某商品代育肥猪的发病原因并控制疫情。 方法 通过现场调研、观察临床症状和解剖,采集病死猪的脾、肺、肾、淋巴组织、粪便和环境棉拭子进行实验室荧光RT-PCR/PCR检测,并进行流行病学调查与分析。 结果 通过现场调研、临床症状观察及剖解初步判断该商品代育肥猪场感染了猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2)和猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV),实验室荧光RT-PCR/PCR检测该商品代育肥猪感染了PRRSV、PCV2型和猪瘟病毒(CSFV)。发病的主要原因为不规范引种、饲养管理不当、环境卫生差、生物安全管理不到位,采取综合防控措施后猪只死亡率降低至0%,腹泻、喘气、呼吸困难等临床症状缓解,疫情得到有效控制。 结论 猪病防控需加强引种把关、定期监测、疫苗防控及生物安全管理等综合性防控措施。
Objectives The cause of a disease in a farm of commercial fattening pigs in Liuzhou, Guangxi Province was diagnosed to control its epidemic. Methods On-site investigation, observation of clinical symptoms, and anatomy were conducted. The spleen, lung, kidney, lymphoid tissue, feces, and environmental cotton swabs from dead pigs were collected for fluorescent RT-PCR/PCR detection in laboratory. Epidemiological investigation and analyses were conducted. Results The results of on-site investigation, observation of clinical symptom, and anatomy showed that the farm of commercial fattening pigs was infected with porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2) and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV). The results of fluorescent RT-PCR/PCR detection in laboratory showed that the commercial fattening pig was infected with PRRSV, PCV2 and classical swine fever virus (CSFV). The main causes of the disease were non-standard introduction, improper feeding and management, poor environmental hygiene, and inadequate management of biosafety. The mortality rate of pigs was reduced to 0 %, and clinical symptoms including diarrhea, wheezing, and dyspnea were alleviated, and the epidemic situation was effectively controlled after comprehensive measures of prevention and control were taken. Conclusions Comprehensive measures of prevention and control including controlled introduction, regular monitoring, prevention and control with vaccine, and the management of biosafety should be strengthened in the prevention and control of swine diseases.
