诱食剂在牦牛精料补充料中的应用研究
Effects of applying food attractants in yak concentrated supplements
目的 研究在过渡期舍饲牦牛基础日粮中添加不同诱食剂对牦牛生长性能的影响,以提高养殖效益。 方法 试验选择54头体重(195.6±2.73) kg的3岁左右公牦牛,随机分成9组,编号A~I组,每组6个重复。对照组饲喂基础日粮(I组),8个试验组分别在牦牛基础日粮中添加甜味剂+鲜味剂(A组)、甜味剂(B组)、甜味剂+发酵酒糟(2%)(C组)、焦糖气味剂(D组)、果香气味剂(E组)、奶香气味剂(F组)、青草香气味剂(G组)、发酵酒糟(H组),以此来研究在牦牛舍饲基础日粮中添加诱食剂对牦牛干物质采食量、平均日增重和料重比的影响。 结果 C组的采食效果最好,平均日增重分别显著高于A组、B组、D组、E组、F组、G组、G组和I组的221.82%、135.22%、229.30%、453.13%、268.75%、174.42%、37.21%、163.20%(P<0.05);料重比也显著低于其他组。 结论 在牦牛饲粮中添加甜味剂(500 g/t)+发酵酒糟(2%)能帮助牦牛快速适应舍饲环境,具有显著的增重效果和较高的日粮转化效率。
Objectives The effects of adding different food attractants to the basic diet of house feeding yaks during the transition period on the growth performance of yaks were studied to improve the efficiency of farming. Methods 54 male yaks weighing (195.6 ± 2.73) kg at around 3 years old were randomly divided into 9 groups, groups A to I,with 6 replicates in each group. The control group was fed a basic diet (group I), while 8 experimental groups were added with sweeteners + umami (group A), sweeteners (group B), sweeteners + fermented distiller's grains (2%) (group C), caramel odorant (group D), fruity odorant (group E), milky odorant (group F), green grassy odorant (group G), and fermented distiller's grains (group H) to the basic diet of yaks. Indexes including dry matter intake, average daily gain of weight, and feed-to-weight ratio of yaks were measured separately. Results The effect of feeding in group C was the best. The average daily gain of weight in group C was significantly higher than that in group A, B, D, E, F, G and I by 221.82%, 135.22%, 229.30%, 453.13%, 268.75%, 174.42%, 37.21% and 163.20%, respectively (P<0.05). The feed-to-weight ratio in group C was significantly lower than that in other groups as well. Conclusions Adding sweeteners (500 g/t) + fermented distiller's grains (2%) to the basic diet of yaks can help yaks quickly adapt to the house feeding environment, with significant effect of weight gain and high efficiency of diet conversion.
