含水率对全混合日粮品质和养殖效益影响的研究进展
Progress on studying effects of content of water on the quality and farming efficiency of total mixed ration
目的 探讨全混合日粮含水率对饲料品质、生产性能的影响,为饲料含水率精准调控提供指导。 方法 通过在知网等数据库查阅相关文献,总结并分析近年来关于全混合日粮在牛羊养殖中应用的研究,包括全混合日粮含水率的现状以及对饲料品质、生产性能与经济效益等方面的影响。 结果 全混合日粮适宜的含水率可显著提高饲料发酵品质,提高碳水化合物和粗蛋白质的可利用性,提高粗蛋白和粗脂肪的表观消化率,有助于维持瘤胃内环境的稳定。可显著提高奶牛产奶量和肉牛日增重,提高养殖的经济效益。 结论 发酵饲料是目前研究的热点。不同含水率的全混合日粮发酵后饲喂动物,其饲料发酵品质、动物生产性能的效果不同,因此必须重视全混合日粮含水率的调制,保持适宜的含水率。但牧场的实际情况不同,其效果存在差异,必须结合牧场实际情况,合理调控优化含水率,以达到适宜的水平,实现更好的养殖效益。
Objectives The effects of content of water in total mixed ration on the feed quality and production performance were studie to provides guidance for accurate control of feed moisture content. Methods The recent researches on the application of total mixed ration in farming cattle and sheep including the status of content of water in total mixed ration and its impact on feed quality, production performance, and economic benefits were summarized and analyzed by reviewing the relevant literature in databases such as CNKI. Results The appropriate content of water in total mixed ration can significantly improve the fermentation quality of feed, the availability of carbohydrates and crude protein, the apparent digestibility of crude protein and crude fat, and help maintain the stability of the rumen environment. It can significantly improve the milk production in dairy cows and the daily gain of weight in beef cattle to increase the economic benefits of farming. Conclusions Fermented feed has become a hot spot in current research. The fermentation quality and production performance in animals of total mixed ration with different content of water vary when fed to animals after fermentation. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the modulation of content of water in total mixed ration and maintain appropriate content of water. However, the actual situation of the pasture is different, and there are differences in its effectiveness. It is necessary to combine the actual situation of the pasture to reasonably adjust and optimize the content of water to achieve a suitable level of moisture in total mixed ration and the better benefits of farming.
