云南省文山州2020—2024年常见猪病免疫效果监测及分析
Monitoring and analysis of immunization effects for common pig diseases in Wenshan Prefecture, Yunnan Province from 2020 to 2024
目的 精准评估云南省文山州生猪主要疫病免疫效果及全州防疫质量动态变化。 方法 2020-2024年间采用ELISA方法在全州范围内实施年度抽样监测,累计检测生猪血清样本2万余份,采用ELISA抗体检测试剂盒分别对猪口蹄疫、猪瘟和猪蓝耳病进行检测。 结果 猪口蹄疫、猪瘟和猪蓝耳病抗体近5年的平均合格率分别为78.42%、84.52%和81.20%,总体呈稳定趋势。其中,规模场合格率(86.91%)普遍高于散养户(79.44%)。 结论 文山州现行生猪主要疫病免疫程序效果良好,全州整体免疫屏障稳固有效。
Objectives The immunization effects of major pig diseases in Wenshan Prefecture, Yunnan Province and the dynamic changes in the quality of epidemic prevention in the whole prefecture were accurately evaluated. Methods Annual sampling and monitoring was conducted throughout the whole prefecture with ELISA method from 2020 to 2024. More than 20 000 pig serum samples were tested cumulatively. ELISA antibody detection kits were used to detect the foot-and-mouth disease(FMD) in pigs, classical swine fever (CSF), and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS). Results The average five-year qualified rate of antibody against the FMD, CSF, and PRRS was 78.42%, 84.52%, and 81.20%, respectively, with an overall stable trend. Among them, the qualified rate in large-scale farms (86.91%) was generally higher than that in small-scale farms (79.44%). Conclusions The current program of immunization for major pig diseases in Wenshan Prefecture is effective, and the overall immune barrier in the whole prefecture is stable and effective. It will provide an important scientific basis for continuously strengthening the prevention and control of major animal diseases and ensuring the stable development of the pig industry.
