1例山羊传染性胸膜肺炎的调查与诊治
Investigation and clinical intervention of a case of caprine contagious pleuropneumonia
目的 对云南省普洱市某散户饲养的山羊急性发病与死亡事件进行调查与诊治,旨在为同类疫病的早期识别与科学诊断提供实际参考。 方法 对28只本地黑山羊进行现场流行病学调查、临床症状观察、病理剖检及实验室检测,结合饲养管理情况与环境进行综合评估。对发病羊只采用土霉素等药物治疗,记录疗效及康复情况。 结果 流行病学调查发现,高密度饲养、通风不良及潮湿环境是诱发疫情的主要因素;病理剖检显示,病死羊的肺脏呈纤维素性病变,与胸腔连黏;胆囊肿大,心脏出血病变;核酸检测2只病死羊的样品均为支原体阳性。治疗结果显示,土霉素、氟苯尼考和泰拉霉素联合用药效果较好,未出现二次暴发。 结论 羊只发生急性死亡事件的直接原因是丝状支原体感染引发的山羊传染性胸膜肺炎,这是一起因饲养管理措施不到位,进而继发条件性致病菌感染的典型案例。
Objectives An acute outbreak and death of goats raised in a smallholder farm in Pu'er City, Yunnan province was investigated and clinically intervened to provide practical reference for similar infectious diseases in early identification and scientific diagnosis. Methods The on-site epidemiological investigation, clinical symptom observation, pathological autopsy, and laboratory testing were conducted on 28 local black goats. A comprehensive evaluation was conducted based on the practices of feeding management and environmental factors. Affected goats were treated with drugs such as oxytetracycline, then the therapeutic effect and state of recovery were recorded. Results The results of epidemiological investigation showed that high-density farming, poor ventilation, and humid environments were the main factors that induce epidemics. The results of pathological autopsy showed that the lungs of the deceased goats had fibrous lesions, which are attached to the thoracic cavity. The gallbladder was enlarged, and the heart had hemorrhagic lesions. The results of nucleic acid testing showed that samples from 2 deceased goats were all positive for Mycoplasma. The results of treatment showed that the combined medication use of oxytetracycline, florfenicol, and tulathromycin had good efficacy, with no secondary outbreak. Conclusions The direct cause of acute death in goats is caprine contagious pleuropneumonia (CCPP) caused by mycoplasma mycoides subspecies capri, which is a typical case of secondary opportunistic pathogen infection primarily attributable to inadequate measures for feeding and management.
