基于OBE理念的《配合饲料学》课程混合式教学改革与探索
Reform and exploration of blended teaching in the course of Compound Feed Science based on OBE concept
目的 探讨基于成果导向教育(outcome-based education, OBE)理念构建《配合饲料学》创新教学模式,提升课程改革实效,培养契合现代饲料企业需求的应用型动物科学人才。 方法 通过分析该课程的教学现状,结合OBE理念的核心要求,构建以学生为中心、线上线下融合的混合式教学模式,围绕课程目标重建、教学内容优化、教学方法创新及考核评价体系完善等措施进行教学改革实践。 结果 在《配合饲料学》课程改革中融合OBE教学理念和混合式教学模式,能够有效提高学生的综合能力,提升课程教学质量,课程成绩平均分、最低分、最高分、优秀率以及学生评教满意度分别较传统教学班提高7.40%、14.00%、4.40%、8.63%和2.00%。 结论 基于OBE教学理念的《配合饲料学》课程混合式教学改革是切实提高动物科学专业大学生人才培养质量的有效措施,能够助力现代饲料工业的高质量发展。
Objectives The construction of a model of innovative teaching in the course of Compound Feed Science based on the concept of outcome-based education (OBE) was explored to improve the effectiveness of course reform and train applied talents in animal sciences that meet the needs of modern feed enterprises. Methods A blended teaching model that is student-centered and integrates online and offline teaching was established by analyzing the situation of teaching in the course and combining with the key requirements of the OBE concept. Practices were conducted on teaching reform by taking measures including rebuilding objectives of course, optimizing the contents of teaching, innovating methods of teaching, and improving systems of check and evaluation. Results The integration of OBE concept and blended teaching in the course of Compound Feed Science effectively improved comprehensive abilities of students and enhance the quality of course teaching. The average score, minimum score, maximum score, rate of excellence, and rate of students' satisfaction with innovative teaching in the course increased by 7.40%, 14.00%, 4.40%, 8.63%, and 2.00% compared to that in traditional teaching in the course. Conclusions The reform of blended teaching in the course of Compound Feed Science based on the OBE concept is an effective measure to improve the quality of training talents in animal sciences, and can help promote the high-quality development of modern feed industry.
