1例中华斑羚疥螨病混合感染致死的病例调查
Investigation on the death caused by the mixed infection of Chinese antelope scabies and mite disease
目的 2022-2023年冬春季,湖北赛武当国家级自然保护区内发现多具中华斑羚尸体,为确定中华斑羚致死的病因。 方法 对4只中华斑羚尸体进行病理剖检和细菌学检测,并进行流行病学调查。 结果 在病死中华斑羚颈部皮屑镜检发现疥螨虫体,在肺脏、肝脏、脾脏、心脏、淋巴结等组织检出金黄色葡萄球菌、链球菌、李斯特菌和克雷伯菌等细菌,经细菌分离鉴定,分离到金黄色葡萄球菌,nuc基因特异性分析条带大小为279 bp,经耐药检测金黄色葡萄球菌对青霉素G、头孢西丁等抗生素均敏感。 结论 中华斑羚在疥螨寄生前提下,表皮受损,金黄色葡萄球菌经皮肤感染处进入血液系统,并伴有链球菌、李斯特菌和克雷伯菌混合感染,导致中华斑羚全身炎症,最终发展为肺炎和菌血症致死。
Objectives The cause of death of multiple corpses of Naemorhedus griseus found in the Saiwudang National Nature Reserve in Hubei Province during the winter and spring of 2022-2023 was determined. Methods Pathological autopsy, bacteriological detection and epidemiological investigation were conducted on 4 corpses of Naemorhedus griseus. Results Sarcoptes scabiei mites were detected in neck dander through microscopic examination. Bacteria including Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus, Listeria monocytogenes and Klebsiella were identified in tissues including lung, liver, spleen, heart and lymph nodes. Staphylococcus aureus was isolated and confirmed by bacterial isolation and identification. The specific band of nuc gene was 279 bp in length. Staphylococcus aureus was sensitive to antibiotics including penicillin G and cefoxitin. Conclusions The epidermis of Naemorhedus griseus was damaged under the condition of Sarcoptes scabiei infestation, enabling Staphylococcus aureus to enter the blood system through skin lesions. The accompanied infections of Streptococcus, Listeria monocytogenes and Klebsiella led to the systemic inflammation in Naemorhedus griseus, ultimately developing into pneumonia and bacteremia, resulting in death.
