不同能量水平的日粮对13~18周龄贵州黄鸡生长性能的影响
Effects of diets with different energy level on growth performance of Guizhou yellow chickens aged 13-18 weeks
目的 研究13~18周龄贵州黄鸡生长所需饲粮的适宜能量水平,为贵州黄鸡选育提供基础研究资料。 方法 以13周龄贵州黄鸡240只(公母各半)为研究对象,按饲粮代谢能水平11.31、11.93、12.55、13.17 MJ/kg随机分4组,分别为对照组和试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,每组5个重复,每个重复12只鸡,试验期42 d,每天记录采食量,每2周称重1次。 结果 在17~18周龄试验阶段,对照组和试验Ⅰ组日采食量显著高于试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组的(P<0.05);在15~16周龄试验阶段,试验Ⅱ组的日增重显著高于对照组的(P<0.05);在13~14周龄和15~16周龄试验阶段,对照组的料重比显著高于试验Ⅱ组的(P<0.05)。本试验条件下,试验Ⅱ组的饲料转化率最好。 结论 综上推荐13~18周龄贵州黄鸡饲粮的适宜能量水平为12.55 MJ/kg。
Objectives The appropriate energy level of diet on the growth performance of Guizhou yellow chickens were studied to provide foundational data for the breeding of Guizhou yellow chickens. Methods 240 Guizhou yellow chickens aged 13-18 weeks (half male and half female) were randomly divided into four groups based on the diets with different energy level of 11.31 MJ/kg, 11.93 MJ/kg, 12.55 MJ/kg, 13.17 MJ/kg. The control group and experimental groups including Ⅰ, Ⅱ, and Ⅲ had five replicates in each group, with 12 chickens in each replicate. The experimental period was 42 days, with daily recorded feed intake and weighing once every 2 weeks. Results The daily feed intake in the control group and experimental group Ⅰ was significantly higher than that in the experimental group Ⅱ and Ⅲ (P<0.05) during the experimental stage at 17-18 weeks of age. The daily weight gain in the experimental group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05) during the experimental stage at 15-16 weeks of age. The ratio of feed to weight in the control group was significantly higher than that in the experimental group Ⅱ (P<0.05) during the experimental stage at 13-14 and 15-16 weeks of age. The experimental group Ⅱ had the best rate of feed conversion under the conditions of current experiment. Conclusions The recommended appropriate diet with energy level for Guizhou yellow chickens aged 13-18 weeks is 12.55 MJ/kg.
