“1+X”证书制度助推“岗课赛证”融通育人模式探索研究
The ‘1+X’ certificate system promoting the exploration of an integrated education model of job-course-competition-certificate:
目的 针对广西畜牧业技能人才缺口,破解中职畜禽生产技术专业“课程与岗位脱节、实践教学薄弱、职业认同感低”等育人困境,构建具有区域特色的“岗课赛证”融通人才培养模式。 方法 通过“1+X”证书衔接岗位标准、书证融通重构课程体系、赛证结合强化技能应用;深化校企协同模式,共建实训基地与“双导师”制度;开发“书证赛”一体化教材;优化评价体系,纳入证书获取率、竞赛成绩及动态反馈机制。 结果 职业技能标准有效融入教学,实践课时占比提升15%,学生通过证书考核和技能竞赛强化实践创新能力;校企协同机制增强职业认同感,毕业生行业就业率显著提高10%。 结论 “1+X”证书制度通过“岗课赛证”四维融通机制,实现了广西中职畜禽生产技术专业人才培养与区域产业需求的精准对接。
Objectives An integrated talent training model of job-course-competition-certificate with regional characteristics was established to address the shortage of skilled talents in animal husbandry industry in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and solve the educational difficulties faced by the livestock and poultry production technology majors in the secondary vocational schools including the disconnect between courses and jobs, weak teaching in practice, and low professional identity. Methods The standards of job were connected through the "1+X" certificate. The system of courses was restructured with the integration of certificate and course. The application of skills was strengthened through the combination of competition and certificate. The industry-school collaboration model was deepened by jointly building training bases and a 'dual-mentor' system. The contents of teaching integrated course-certificate-competition were developed. The evaluation system was optimized by including the rate of certificate acquisition, the result of competition, and the mechanism of dynamic feedback. Results The effective integration of professional skill standards into teaching increased the proportion of practical class hours by 15%, and students enhanced their abilities of practice and innovation through certificate assessments and skill competitions. The mechanism of industry-school collaboration strengthened professional identity, and the employment rate of graduates in the industry significantly increased by 10%. Conclusions The "1+X" certificate system achieved precise alignment between training talents in livestock and poultry production technology major in Guangxi secondary vocational schools and regional industrial demand through the mechanism of the four-dimensional integration of job-course-competition-certificate.
