职业本科现代畜牧专业技能竞赛的创新实践

职业本科现代畜牧专业技能竞赛的创新实践
Innovation and practice of modern animal husbandry professional skills competition for vocational undergraduate students:
目的 以全国大学生动物科学专业技能大赛为例,探讨职业本科现代畜牧专业技能竞赛实践路径,为推动现代畜牧专业教学改革与高质量发展提供理论与实践参考。 方法 构建“党建引领-三级递进选拔-双赛道培训”模式,通过党建引领激发师生参与热情,通过校级初赛-暑期集训-赛前强化三级递进选拔优秀“种子”选手,通过现代牧场规划设计与畜牧综合实操技能双赛道共选,将动物科学专业技能大赛融入现代畜牧专业“岗课赛证”综合育人体系,推动“双师型”教师队伍建设与课程体系优化。 结果 实践表明,该模式提升了教师专业指导能力与教学创新水平,增强了课程的岗位导向性。学生专业理论与实操技能均获得大幅提升,激发了自主学习能力,提升了学生综合素质。赛证融通有效促进了学生职业规划科学性与考证能力。 结论 职业本科现代畜牧专业通过技能竞赛实践,构建“以赛促教、以赛促学、以赛促改”教学模式,实现教师、课程与学生能力协同优化,为乡村全面振兴及现代畜牧业发展培养高端技术人才提供可复制的实践路径。
Objectives The National College Animal Science Professional Skills Competition was used to study the practical path and reflection of the modern animal husbandry professional skills competition for vocational undergraduates to provide theoretical and practical references for promoting the reform of teaching and high-quality development of modern animal husbandry. Methods The model of "Party building leadership-three-level progressive selection-dual track training" was constructed to stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers and students to participate through party building leadership, screen elite "seed" players through the three-level progressive selection of school-level preliminary competition--summer training--pre-competition reinforcement, and integrate the animal science professional skills competition into the job-course-competition-certificate education system of modern animal husbandry major through the dual track selection of planning and design modern pasture and comprehensively practical skills of animal husbandry to promote the construction of "dual-qualified" teachers and the optimization of the course system. Results The constructed model practically improved the ability of professional guidance and teaching innovation level of teachers, and enhanced the job orientation of the course. The professional skills of students in theory and practice were greatly improved, stimulating their ability of independent learning and improving the comprehensive qualities of students. The integration of competition and certification effectively promoted the scientific nature of career planning and certification ability of students as well. Conclusions A teaching model of "using competition to promote teaching, learning and reform" in the modern animal husbandry major for vocational undergraduates was constructed through the practice of skill competition, achieved the collaborative optimizing abilities of teachers, courses and students. It will provide a replicable path in practice for training high-end technical talents in comprehensively revitalizing rural areas and developing modern animal husbandry.
