宠物饲料粗脂肪含量测定方法的比较
Comparison of methods for determining the content of crude fat in pet feed
目的 针对特色宠物食品的营养检测需求,为宠物饲料中营养成分快速检测技术优化提供参考。 方法 以市售宠物罐头和冻干食品为研究对象,分别采用索氏提取法与滤袋法进行粗脂肪含量测定,比较两种方法的测定结果差异、变异系数及操作便捷性。 结果 2种方法的测定结果无显著性差异(P>0.05),且变异系数均小于3%,结果一致性良好;其中滤袋法操作流程更简便、检测周期缩短40%以上。 结论 索氏提取法与滤袋法均可准确测定宠物罐头和冻干食品中的粗脂肪含量,滤袋法检测准确、高效、便捷,更适合饲料企业的批量检测需求。
Objectives The needs of determining nutrition in the specialized pet food were addressed to provide reference for optimization of rapid detection technology for nutritional components in pet feed. Methods The content of crude fat in the commercial canned food and freeze-dried food for pets was determined with the Soxhlet extraction method and filter bag method. The differences in results of detection, coefficient of variation, and ease of operation between two methods were compared. Results there was no significant difference between the results of detection with the two methods (P>0.05), and the coefficients of variation were both less than 3%, indicating that the consistency of the results of detection is good. The filter bag method had a simpler operation and a more than 40% shorter cycle of detection. Conclusions Both Soxhlet extraction method and filter bag method can accurately determine the content of crude fat in the canned food and freeze-dried feed for pets. The filter bag method has the advantages of high efficiency and convenience while maintaining the accuracy of detection, making it more suitable for the needs of batch determining for large-scale pet feed enterprises.
