布里亚特短尾羊与蒙古羊杂交改良效果研究
The effects of improving the hybrid of Buryat short-tailed sheep and Mongolian sheep
目的 为解决蒙古羊尾脂过高、饲料转化效率低等问题,明确布里亚特短尾羊作为父本杂交改良蒙古羊的实际效果。 方法 2024-2025年,以布里亚特短尾羊为父本、蒙古羊为母本开展杂交试验,获得杂交F1代公羔羊8只,并以同龄纯种蒙古羊公羔羊8只为对照。试验羊全年放牧为主,冬季补饲,12月龄时统一屠宰测定,分析杂交后代在体尺性状、屠宰性能及尾脂沉积方面的变化。 结果 12月龄时,F1代体长72.44 cm、体高66.25 cm,略低于蒙古羊,但差异不显著(P>0.05);F1代胸围80.00 cm、尾长15.50 cm和尾宽11.68 cm,均低于蒙古羊,其中胸围差异显著(P<0.05),尾长和尾宽差异极显著(P<0.01); F1代屠宰率略低于蒙古羊,但净肉率极显著提高(P<0.01);F1代尾脂重0.35 kg,极显著低于蒙古羊(P<0.01)。 结论 布里亚特短尾羊杂交改良蒙古羊,在降低尾脂沉积、提高饲料转化效率方面效果显著,为培育高效肉用型短尾蒙古羊提供了实践依据。
Objectives The practical effects of Buryat short-tailed sheep as a male parent on improving the Mongolian sheep were identified to address issues including the excessively high content of tail-fat and low conversion efficiency of feed in Mongolian sheep. Methods Eight F1 hybrid ram lambs were obtained by crossing Buryat short-tailed sheep (sire) with Mongolian sheep (dam) from April 2024 to April 2025. Eight age-matched purebred Mongolian sheep ram lambs were used as controls. The sheep experimented were mainly grazed throughout the year with supplementary feeding in winter, and uniformly slaughtered and measured at the age of 12 months. The changes in body size, slaughter performance, and tail-fat deposition of hybrids were analyzed. Results At the age of 12 months,F1 hybrids had a body length of 72.44 cm and a body height of 66.25 cm, slightly lower than that of the control, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05). The chest circumference, tail length, and tail width of F1 hybrids was 80.00 cm, 15.50 cm, and 11.68 cm, lower than that of the control, with significant difference in chest circumference (P<0.05) and extremely significant difference in tail length and tail width(P<0.01). The dressing percentage of F1 hybrids was slightly lower than that of the control, but the net meat rate was significantly increased (P<0.01). The tail-fat weight of F1 hybrids was 0.35 kg, significantly lower than that of the control(P<0.01). Conclusions F1 hybrids of Buryat short-tailed sheep and Mongolian sheep significantly reduce the tail-fat deposition and improve the conversion efficiency of feed. It will provide a theoretical and practical basis for breeding the highly-efficient meat-type and short-tailed Mongolian sheep.
