湖北省十堰市县级兽医实验室检测能力比对分析
Comparative analysis of the capacity of testing in county-level veterinary laboratories in Shiyan City, Hubei Province
目的 为提升十堰市县级兽医实验室检测能力,强化兽医实验室质量管理。 方法 对十堰市动物疫病预防控制中心2013-2024年陆续开展的10次多种形式兽医实验室检测能力比对工作数据和结果进行深度分析,涉及的试验方法主要有酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)、荧光PCR检测技术、凝集试验等关键检测方法。 结果 由于各方法技术掌握不均衡,检测过程中影响因素多的检测方法如血凝及血凝抑制试验(HA-HI)及液相阻断ELISA等比对结果符合率低,分别为59.5%、80%。此外,受实验室质量管理和人员队伍等因素的影响,各实验室检测能力发挥不稳定。 结论 县级实验室在人员队伍稳定性、影响因素多的检测技术掌握度和质量管理规范性等方面仍面临挑战。因此,需从优化人才队伍结构、加强技术专项培训、完善质量管理体系等方面进行系统推进,同时采用多元化的能力评价方式,全面提升县级兽医实验室的检测能力和管理水平。
Objectives The capacity of testing in county-level veterinary laboratories in Shiyan City was improved to strengthen the quality management of veterinary laboratories. Methods An in-depth analysis was conducted on the data and results of 10 comparisons of various forms of the capacity of testing in veterinary laboratory including Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Fluorescent PCR, and agglutination tests conducted by Shiyan Center for the Prevention and Control of Animal Diseases from 2013 to 2024. Results Methods of detection with multiple affecting factors including hemagglutination and hemagglutination inhibition assay (HA-HI) and liquid-phase blocking ELISA had lower concordance accuracy rate of 59.5% and 80%, due to the uneven mastery of various methods and technologies. The capacity of testing in each laboratory was unstable due to factors including laboratory quality management and personnel team. Conclusions County-level laboratories still face challenges in terms of personnel stability, mastery of testing techniques with multiple affecting factors, and the standardization of quality management. Therefore, it is necessary to systematically promote the optimization of talent structure, strengthen specialized technical training, improve management system of quality, and adopt diversified methods of evaluating proficiency to comprehensively enhance the capacity of testing and management level in county-level veterinary laboratories.
