基于振动筛分技术的养殖场防疫检测设备研究
Design and experiment of the equipment for epidemic prevention and testing in farms based on vibration screening technology
目的 为解决养殖场防疫检测中传统人工取样效率低、样本杂质高、人员接触风险大的问题,提升样本采集效率与质量。 方法 将振动筛分技术引入防疫检测设备设计,明确其应用原理,完成设备模块化整体结构及核心组件创新,并配套自动化与安全防护设计,开展实地测试与案例分析。 结果 与传统人工取样相比,该设备单批次100份样本取样时间从120 min缩短至45 min,样本杂质含量下降至3%~5%,实现人员与粪便零接触,检测合格率达98%;在存栏5 000只肉羊养殖场应用中,成功排查隐性肠道病原菌感染区,减少经济损失约50万元。 结论 该设备能解决人工取样弊端,后续优化后有望扩大应用,助力畜牧业防疫体系建设。
Objectives The efficiency and quality of collecting sample was improved to solve the problems of low efficiency of collecting sample, high impurity of sample, and high risk of personnel exposure in traditional and manual sampling during epidemic prevention and testing in farms. Methods The vibration screening technology was introduce into the design of equipment for epidemic prevention and testing. The principle of its application was clarified. The overall structure of modulate and core components of the equipment was innovated with designing automation and safety protection. The on-site testing and case analysis were conducted. Results Compared with traditional manual sampling,the time of sampling for a single batch of 100 samples using this equipment was reduced from 120 min to 45 min, reducing the impurity of the samples to 3% to 5%, achieving zero exposure between personnel and feces, with a detection pass rate of 98%. The area infected with latent intestinal pathogen was successfully identified in the farm of 5 000 mutton sheep in stock, reducing economic losses by about 500 000 yuan. Conclusions The equipment designed can solve the drawbacks of manual sampling. Its application will be expanded after optimization to assist the construction of epidemic prevention system for animal husbandry.
