科研反哺教学:基于lncRNA前沿研究的动物医学创新试验设计与实践
Scientific researches empowered teaching: design and implementation of an innovative experiment in veterinary medicine based on the frontiers of studying lncRNA
为应对“新农科”建设对动物医学专业人才培养提出的新要求,解决传统试验教学中前沿性不足、创新性缺失及与科研实践脱节等问题,本研究以“利用lncRNA生物标志物对绵羊进行早期妊娠诊断”为例,系统探讨将高水平科研成果转化为本科创新性试验项目的路径与成效;详细阐述了试验项目的设计理念,构建了一个涵盖“生物信息学分析-样品制备-分子试验操作-数据分析-结果判读”全流程的综合性试验。实践结果表明,该试验项目有效融合了畜牧学与兽医学学科知识,通过“一课多师、协同育人”的模式,显著提升了试验教学的“高阶性、创新性与挑战度”,培养了学生的科研思维、综合实践能力及解决产业实际问题的能力,为农林高校将前沿科研资源转化为优质教学资源,培养创新型、复合型卓越兽医人才提供了可借鉴的范式。
The problems of insufficient exposure to edge-cutting knowledge, lack of innovation, and disconnection from practice of scientific research in traditional teaching of experiment were solved to meet the new requirements for training talents in animal medicine in response to the construction of the "New Agricultural Science". "Early Pregnancy Diagnosis in Sheep via LncRNA Biomarkers" was used to systematically study the path and effectiveness of transforming achievements in high-level scientific researches into undergraduate innovative projects of experiment for undergraduate students. The design philosophy of the experimental project was elaborated in detail. A comprehensive workflow of experiment encompassing bioinformatic analysis, sample preparation, molecular techniques, processing data, and interpretating result was established. The designed project of experiment effectively integrated knowledge from the disciplines of animal husbandry and veterinary medicine. The advanced, innovative, and challenging degree of the experiment course was significantly improved through a model of collaborative teaching a course with multiple instructors. The scientific thinking, comprehensive skills of practice, and ability to solve practical problems in the industry of students were trained as well. It will provide a reference paradigm for universities of agriculture and forestry to transform edge-cutting resources of scientific research into high-quality resources of teaching to train innovative, composite, and elite talents in veterinary medicine.
