广西马山县里当鸡生态养殖集成技术研究

广西马山县里当鸡生态养殖集成技术研究
Integrated technology of ecologically farming Lidang chicken in Mashan County, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region
目的 调查广西马山县里当鸡生态养殖现状,明确生态养殖技术对其生长性能、肉质及综合效益的影响,为家禽生态养殖提供实践依据。 方法 选取50日龄里当鸡300只,随机分为5组,饲养周期100 d。对照组进行传统舍饲,饲喂基础饲料,试验组分组进行舍饲/山林牧养,饲喂微生物发酵饲料、0.3%中草药散剂,测定生长性能、肉质指标,分析生态与经济效益。 结果 山林牧养+发酵饲料+中草药试验组效果最佳,150日龄里当鸡体重为1 985 g,成活率96%,瘦肉率(78.71%)较对照组高14.46%,胆固醇仅为对照组的50%;里当鸡每年生态养殖均收益3 825元/667 m2,2020-2024年出栏量年均增1.47%,植被覆盖率维持85%以上。 结论 里当鸡生态养殖可显著提升生长性能、肉质及经济效益,实现“种养循环”,为地方鸡种生态养殖标准化提供支撑。
Objectives The current situation of ecologically farming Lidang chicken in Mashan County, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region was investigated and the effects of ecological farming technology on the growth performance, meat quality, and comprehensive benefits of chicken were studied to provide practical basis for the ecological farming of poultry. Methods 300 Lidang chickens aged 50 days were randomly divided into 5 groups with a rearing period of 100 days. The control group was fed with traditional house and basic diet, while the experimental groups were subjected to housing and mountain/forest grazing and fed with microbial fermented feed and 0.3% Chinese herbal powder. The growth performance and indexes of meat quality were measured to analyze the ecological and economic benefits. Results The experimental group with mountain/forest grazing + fermented feed + Chinese herbal powder had the best effect, with a body weight of 1 985 g at 150 days old, a survival rate of 96%, a lean meat rate of 78.71% (14.46% higher than that in the control group), and a cholesterol level only 50% of that in the control group. The ecological farming of Lidang Chicken yielded an average profit of 3 825 RMB per 667 m2, with an average annual increase of 1.47% in slaughter volume from 2020 to 2024 and the vegetation coverage above 85%. Conclusions Ecological farming of Lidang chickens can significantly improve growth performance, meat quality, and economic benefits, achieving a cycling of farming and planting. It will provide support for the standardization of ecologically farming local chicken breeds.
