新疆某区一起布鲁氏菌病家庭聚集性疫情调查分析

新疆某区一起布鲁氏菌病家庭聚集性疫情调查分析
Investigation of a family aggregated outbreak ofbrucellosisin a district of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region
目的 对新疆某区发生的1起布鲁氏菌病(布病)疫情展开全面调查,明确疫情波及范围以及引发感染的风险因素,遏制疫情进一步扩散。 方法 采用布病血清学检测方法进行实验室诊断,制定本次疫情的病例定义并开展病例搜索,采用现场流行病学调查方法对结果进行分析。 结果 共搜索到病例3例,均为同一家庭成员,家庭罹患率75%,所有病例均存在发热、肌肉/关节酸痛、多汗症状。病例1(父亲)常年频繁参与饲养、放牧、接产羔、屠宰、清扫圈舍等;病例2(母亲)经常性参与饲养、挤羊奶,偶尔协助病例1接生羔羊;病例3(女儿)常与小羊接触玩耍。2024年5月28日,某区动物疫病预防控制中心检测该家养殖羊51只,发现2只阳性,阳性率为3.9%。2024年6月16日,检测草场混合饲养其余615只羊中,检测出5只阳性,阳性率为0.8%。当地某区动物疫病预防控制中心对检测出阳性畜按相关规定进行无害化处理。 结论 本次事件为1起家庭聚集性布病暴发疫情,建议着重强化高危职业人群的健康教育普及工作。在辖区范围内,针对动物防疫人员、医疗卫生人员开展布病防控知识培训工作,提高其防控与诊断水平。
Objectives A comprehensive investigation was conducted on an outbreak of brucellosis in a district of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region to determine the scope of the outbreak and the risk factors causing the infection, and to curb the further spread of the epidemic. Methods Laboratory diagnosis was performed with brucellosis serological tests. The definition of case for this outbreak was formulated to conduct case searching. The field epidemiological investigation was used to analyze data. Results 3 cases were identified, all belonging to the same family, with a family affected rate of 75%. All cases presented with fever, muscle/joint pain, and hyperhidrosis. Case 1 (the father) was frequently involved in feeding, grazing, lambing, slaughtering, and cleaning barns throughout the year. Case 2 (the mother) regularly participated in feeding and milking goats, and occasionally assisted Case 1 in lambing. Case 3 (the daughter) often had contact with and played with young goats. The district center for animal disease prevention and control tested 51 sheep from the family's flock on May 28th, 2024 and found 2 positive cases, with a positivity rate of 3.9%. 5 sheep were tested positive among the 615 sheep that were mixed-grazing in the pasture on June 16th, 2024, with a positivity rate of 0.8%. The local district center for animal disease prevention and control disposed of the animals tested positive in a harmless manner in accordance with relevant regulations. Conclusions This event is a family aggregated outbreak of Brucellosis. It is recommended to strengthen the dissemination of health education among high-risk occupational populations. Training knowledge on the prevention and control of brucellosis should be provided to personnel engaging in the prevention of animal epidemic, medical and health in the jurisdiction to improve their capabilities in prevention, control, and diagnosis.
