基于“应用型+研究型”创新理念的研究生混合课堂教学模式改革
Reforming the mode of teaching in mixed classroom for postgraduates based on the innovative concept of "application-oriented + research-oriented":
《动物营养与饲养学》是畜牧专业硕士学位研究生的核心课程,为了更好地适应应用型地方本科高校新农科背景下畜牧学专业硕士研究生教育教学的高质量发展,本文提出并实践基于“应用型+研究型”理念的研究生课堂体系的多样化教学模式,主要包括构建模块化专题式教学内容,引入热点新闻的启发式教学、设计Seminar和翻转课堂,实施结合地方养殖特色的案例和实践教学。基于“应用型+研究型”创新理念的研究生课堂教学改革措施的实施,培养了研究生表达能力、思考能力、学习能力和研究能力,能够契合应用型地方本科高校专业硕士的培养要求和目标,同时激发研究生开展科学研究的兴趣,更好地服务产业发展。
Animal Nutrition and Feeding is a key course for postgraduates majored in the animal husbandry. A diversified mode of teaching for the classroom system of postgraduates was proposed and practiced based on the innovative concept of 'application-oriented and research-oriented' mainly including constructing contents of modular and topic-based teaching, introducing heuristic teaching based on latest news, designing seminars and flipped classrooms, and implementing case studies and practice teaching combined with characteristics of local farming to better align with the high-quality development of education and teaching for master's programs in animal husbandry under the background of the new agricultural sciences in local application-oriented undergraduate universities. The implementation of measures for reforming the mode of teaching in classroom for postgraduates based on the innovative concept of "application-oriented + research-oriented" enhanced postgraduates' abilities in expression, thinking, learning, and research. It met the requirements of training and objectives of professional master's programs in local application-oriented undergraduate universities, while stimulated postgraduates' interest in scientific research to better serve industrial development as well.
