珠芽蓼和水蒿对马头山羊羔羊生长性能及血清生化指标的影响

珠芽蓼和水蒿对马头山羊羔羊生长性能及血清生化指标的影响
Effects of Polygonum viviparum and Artemisia selengensis on the growth performance and biochemical indexes in serum of Matou goat lambs
目的 探索珠芽蓼、水蒿等地方资源高效养殖马头山羊技术,为合理利用田间种植废弃物提供参考。 方法 以巨菌草为基础粗饲料(对照组1),等能设计添加量16%珠芽蓼(试验组2)、12%水蒿(试验组3)的全混合颗粒饲料,育肥4月龄、体重13.00 kg左右的马头山羊公羔24只,随机分为3组,每组8只,饲养期62 d,测定羔羊日增重、料重比和血清生理生化指标(比色法测定)。 结果 试验各组马头山羊羔羊日增重均为0.13 kg/d,各组间日增重及料重比均无显著差异(P>0.05)。各组马头山羊血液检测生理生化指标均在正常范围内,ALT、AST、LDH、ALP、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、UA组间差异不显著(P>0.05),珠芽蓼组UREA、GLU与对照组差异不显著,水蒿组UREA、GLU显著高于珠芽蓼和对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 由珠芽蓼、水蒿等配制的马头山羊全混合颗粒饲料育肥马头山羊羔羊,平均日增重可达到0.13 kg/d。马头山羊全混合颗粒饲料添加16%珠芽蓼、12%水蒿不影响其适口性及生长性能,对马头山羊育肥羔羊血清生化指标没有不利影响。
Objectives The efficient farming technology for Matou goats with local forage resources including Polygonum viviparum and Artemisia selengensis was studied to provide a reference for the rational utilization of agricultural waste in fields. Methods Giant Juncao was used as the basal roughage (the control group 1), total mixed pellet (TMP) feeds were formulated isoenergetically with 16% Polygonum viviparum (the experimental group 2) and 12% Artemisia selengensis (the experimental group 3). 24 male Matou goat lambs with an average body weight of approximately 13.00 kg at 4 months of fattening age were randomly divided into 3 groups, with 8 lambs in each group, and were fed for 62 days. The average daily gain (ADG), feed‑to‑gain ratio (F/G) and physiological and biochemical indexes in serum of lambs were determined by colorimetry. Results The ADG of Matou goat lambs in experimental groups was 0.13 kg/d, and there was no significant difference in ADG and F/G among groups (P>0.05). All physiological and biochemical indexes in serum of Matou goats in each group were within the normal range, and there was no significant difference in Alanine Aminotransferase (ALT), Aspartate Aminotransferase (AST), Lactate Dehydrogenase (LDH), Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP), Triglyceride (TG), High-Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol (HDL-C), Low-Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol (LDL-C) or Uric Acid (UA) among groups (P>0.05). Urea (UREA) and Glucose (GLU) had no significant difference between the experimental group 2 and the control group 1 (P>0.05), while those in the experimental group 3 were significantly higher than those in the experimental group 2 and the control group 1 (P<0.05). Conclusions Fattening Matou goat lambs with TMP feeds prepared from P. viviparum, Artemisia selengensis can achieve an ADG of 0.13 kg/d. Adding 16% P. viviparum and 12% Artemisia selengensis to the TMP feed for Matou goats does not affect its palatability and growth performance, and has no adverse effects on the biochemical indexes in serum of fattening Matou goat lambs.
