发酵棕榈粕替代部分玉米和豆粕对肉鸡生产性能、血液生化指标及肉品质的影响

发酵棕榈粕替代部分玉米和豆粕对肉鸡生产性能、血液生化指标及肉品质的影响
Effects of replacing part of maize and soybean meal with fermented palm meal on the production performance, biochemical indexes in blood and meat quality of broilers
目的 探究日粮中添加不同比例发酵棕榈粕(FPKC)替代玉米与豆粕总量对肉鸡生长的影响,为发酵棕榈粕在肉鸡养殖生产中的合理应用提供参考。 方法 选取360羽体重均一(43.2±2.16 g)、健康的1日龄Cobb 500肉公雏鸡,随机分为3个处理,即对照组、试验Ⅰ组(5% FPKC替代组)和试验Ⅱ组(10% FPKC替代组),每组8个重复,每个重复15羽鸡,试验周期为42 d。分别测定肉鸡不同生长阶段的生长性能、血液生化指标、肉品质及脏器相关参数。 结果 与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组对全阶段肉鸡生长性能和血浆生化均无负面影响(P>0.05),试验Ⅱ组1~21日龄肉鸡料重比显著高于试验Ⅰ组8.89%(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组显著改善了肉鸡肌肉肉色与嫩度(P<0.05)、肝脏和盲肠的发育(P<0.05),对肉鸡器官发育无负面影响(P>0.05)。 结论 发酵棕榈粕替代日粮配方中玉米与豆粕总量的5%和10%,对肉鸡生长性能、血液生化指标与肉品质等均无负面影响。其中,肉鸡生长前期推荐使用发酵棕榈粕的比例为5%,生长后期推荐使用比例为5%~10%。
Objectives The effects of adding different proportions of fermented palm meal (FPKC) as a substitute for maize and soybean meal in the diet on the growth of broiler chickens were studied to provide reference for the rational application of fermented palm meal in the production of farming broilers. Methods 360 healthy 1-day-old male Cobb 500 broiler chicks with uniform body weight (43.2 ± 2.16 g) were randomly divided into 3 treatment groups including the control group, the experimental group I with 5% FPKC replacement, and the experimental group Ⅱ with 10% FPKC replacement group, with 8 replicates in each group and 15 chicks per replicate. The experimental period was 42 days. The growth performance, biochemical indexes in blood, meat quality and organ-related parameters of broilers were measured at different stages of growth. Results Groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ had no negative effects on growth performance and biochemical indexes in plasma of broilers during the whole period (P>0.05) compared with the control group. The feed-to-gain ratio of broilers aged 1-21 days in Group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in Group Ⅰ by 8.89%(P<0.05). Groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ significantly improved the color and tenderness of meat (P<0.05), and the development of liver and cecum (P<0.05), with no negative effects on the development of organs in broilers (P>0.05). Conclusions Replacing 5% and 10% of the total amount of maize and soybean meal in the diet with FPKC had no negative effect on the growth performance, biochemical indexes in blood and meat quality of broilers. It is indicated that the replacement of FPKC for maize and soybean meal in the diet can save costs of feed without affecting the growth performance of broilers. It is recommended to use a 5% FPKC replacement at the early stage of growth and a 5% to 10% FPKC replacement at the later stage of growth of broilers.
