姜黄素在缓解动物机体损伤中的应用研究进展
Progress on the application of curcumin in relieving the injuries in animal body
随着环境问题日益严重,粮食与饲料作物安全无法保障,在实际生产中可能导致动物机体生理平衡失调,引发损伤。因此,减少畜禽损伤、优化养殖产业是目前急需解决的问题。姜黄素作为新型绿色饲用替抗产品,具有重要的应用潜力和前景。本文系统阐述了姜黄素作为一种绿色、安全、有效的新型饲料添加剂的生物学特性与功能价值,其多酚类化合物具有降脂、抗炎、抗氧化、抗病毒、抗感染等生物活性功能。尤其是在动物养殖中,饲料添加姜黄素对畜禽的生长性能、抗氧化能力、脂质代谢、肠道形态、免疫功能、繁殖能力具有改善作用。同时,重点探讨了姜黄素对动物机体热应激损伤、霉菌毒素污染、病毒感染等方面的功能及作用机制,为姜黄素对动物损伤的治疗与应用提供参考。
The safety of food and feed crops cannot be guaranteed with the increasing severity of environmental issues, which may lead to the physiological imbalance and injuries in animal bodies in the practice of production. Reducing the injuries in livestock and poultry and optimizing the farming industry are urgent issues that need to be addressed. Curcumin, as a new type of green product alternative to antibiotics for feed, has important potential and prospects of application. This article systematically reviewed the biological characteristics and functional value of curcumin as a green, safe, and effective new feed additive. Its polyphenolic compounds have biological activities including functions of lipid-lowering, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antiviral, and anti-infection. The addition of curcumin to feed especially in animal husbandry has an effect on improving the growth performance, antioxidant capacity, lipid metabolism, gut morphology, immune function, and reproduction capacity of livestock and poultry. The focus was on summarizing the functions and mechanisms of curcumin mitigating injuries caused by heat stress, mycotoxin contamination, viral infection and other aspects in animal body. It will provide a reference basis for the treatment and application of curcumin in animal injuries.
