澳洲淡水龙虾与黄鳝池塘套养试验的可行性研究

澳洲淡水龙虾与黄鳝池塘套养试验的可行性研究
Feasibility of co-culturing Cherax quadricarinatus and Monopterus albus in pond
目的 探索澳洲淡水龙虾和黄鳝池塘套养的可行性,为开发和推广澳洲淡水龙虾养殖新模式提供参考。 方法 2023年9月-2024年7月,本研究在金光农场开展,共选取4个池塘,其中2个套养澳洲淡水龙虾与黄鳝作为试验组,2个单养澳洲淡水龙虾作为对照组,跟踪分析澳洲淡水龙虾和黄鳝的生长性能、成活率及经济效益,并监测各组水质情况。 结果 套养组澳洲淡水龙虾的成活率(65.4%~74.3%)高于单养组(64.2%~72.5%),黄鳝的成活率为84.6%;套养组的养殖成本较单养组高1.32万元(16.3%),但总利润较单养组高3.43万元(37.5%)。水质方面,套养组和单养组的氨氮含量分别为0.045~0.216 mg/L和0.039~0.146 mg/L,亚硝酸盐含量分别为0.005~0.026 mg/L和0.003~0.018 mg/L,均处于较低水平。 结论 澳洲淡水龙虾和黄鳝池塘套养较澳洲淡水龙虾单养的成活率高,且经济效益更好。
Objectives The feasibility of co-culturing Australian freshwater crayfish (Cherax quadricarinatus) and Monopterus albus in ponds was studied to provide reference for the development and promotion of a new aquaculture model of Australian freshwater crayfish. Methods The experiment was conducted at Jinguang Farm from September 2023 to July 2024, 4 ponds including two ponds co-culturing C. quadricarinatus and M. albus as the experimental group and two ponds mono-culturing C.quadricarinatus as the control group were selected. The growth performance, survival rate and economic benefits of C. quadricarinatus and M.albus were tracked and analyzed. The water quality in each group was monitored. Results The survival rate of C.quadricarinatus in the experimental group was 65.4%-74.3%, higher than that in the control group (64.2%-72.5%). The survival rate of M. albus was 84.6%. The farming cost of the experimental group was 13,200 yuan, 16.3% higher than that of the control group, with its total profit of 34,300 yuan (37.5% higher than that of the control group). The content of ammonia nitrogen and nitrite in the experimental group and the control group was 0.045-0.216 mg/L and 0.039-0.146 mg/L, 0.005-0.026 mg/L and 0.003-0.018 mg/L, respectively, both at a relatively low level. Conclusions The survival rate of co-culturing C.quadricarinatus and M.albus in ponds is higher than that of mono-culturing C.quadricarinatus in ponds, with better economic benefits of co-culturing.
